Creating personal client accounts (ShapeScale for Business)Updated 3 months ago

If your client wishes to create a private ShapeScale account, they will need to follow these steps:

1. Download the ShapeScale app on their own iPhone or iPad. Please note that we do not have a web interface or Android app. They can only use ShapeScale from our iOS app.
2. Tap "Login Or Signup"
3. Tap "Create Account" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Create their account credentials.
5. A verification email will be sent to them. They will need to head into their inbox, locate the email and tap "Verify My Account".
6. They will automatically be logged into their ShapeScale account.

Once their account has been created, they must check out our Scanning Guidelines and subsequently learn how to take their first scan.
