How do I unpack my ShapeScale?Updated 8 months ago

IMPORTANT: Please do not throw away ShapeScale’s cardboard packaging. If you need to return your ShapeScale for any reason, you will need to use the same packaging. We reserve the right to charge extra fees for replacement packaging.

Before unpacking your ShapeScale, make sure that none of the items are missing. There should be:

• 1x device head
• 1x base and arm
• 1x power cable
• 1x connector cable
• 8x carpet feet

Then, grab the upper section of the arm and lift it slightly, until you can grab the lower section and the base.

Place the base down, unfold the arm and slide the head into the slot - you should hear a clicking noise once the head is locked in.

Finally take out the power cords and connect them to a power outlet and your ShapeScale. The input can be found on the side of the base, next to the ShapeScale logo. Once installed, you can now follow the steps to pair your ShapeScale.
