The ShapeScale app is currently only available on iOS.The easiest way to use ShapeScale with Android clients is to use our <a href="https://shapescalehelpcenter.gorgias.help/en-US/creating-client-accounts-from-your-business-account-(only-available-with-shapescale-for-business)-693738" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">managed accounts</a> (only available for business users). First, create the Android client&apos;s account using your business account. After their scan is completed, you can <a href="https://shapescalehelpcenter.gorgias.help/en-US/pdf-reports-693747" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">generate a PDF report</a> of their scan results to send them to the client via email or text.Please note that there is no point &quot;sharing&quot; the managed account with Android clients, since they won&apos;t be able to download the app and create an account on their own phone.<iframe width="100%" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/moJgjGRomZM?&amp;list=PLfyPOnv9lAH1787mShidmpVr61qcN9f5A&amp;index=4&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen class="fr-draggable"></iframe>

To use ShapeScale with Android clients, they will need to have access to an iOS device. Most of our partners have a business iPad at their location, that they use for various client operations. They simply use that iPad to let Android clients create their account and perform their scan.
If Android clients want to take their results home, they can generate a PDF report of their results while at your location, and subsequently email or send the PDF file via text to themselves.
You can also use the “Client invite” feature to access their future scans.

How to report an issue with a scan

I have an unassigned scan. What should I do?
